Dear Champagne Lovers,
From time to time, we organize private collective Champagne orders in Austria, exclusively for personal or corporate consumption (not intended for resale).
Following the strong interest and success of previous initiatives, we have decided to make this opportunity available on a recurring basis throughout the year.
These collective orders allow you — whether as a private individual or as a company — to benefit from:

We currently collaborate with Champagne Chapuy, whose cuvées are consistently appreciated locally and internationally, regularly awarded, and positioned at a highly compelling spot price within their segment.
Initiative & Spirit
This initiative is designed to introduce and share the Champagnes of Champagne Chapuy among friends, partners and trusted circles.
It is organized on a strictly non-profit basis, in a spirit of openness, simplicity and conviviality — very much "à la bonne franquette" Collective orders are placed once a sufficient group is ready, and deliveries are received upon arrival from the Champagne house.
Each step is handled with the utmost care, coordination and attention to detail, ensuring reliability while preserving the informal and friendly character of the initiative.
The objective is straightforward: to facilitate access to excellent Champagne under fair and transparent conditions within a trusted network.

How it works

Choose your preferred delivery option (individual shipment or collective pallet order)
We consolidate all requests and coordinate directly with the Champagne house.

NB: It is also possible to arrange home delivery without consolidation, which is faster but comes with higher shipping costs – feel free to ask us about this option.
Regulatory & Volume Information
In the context of private intra-EU purchases (France → Austria), there is no strict legal maximum quantity for alcohol intended for personal consumption.
However, European customs authorities apply indicative thresholds in order to assess whether purchases qualify as private use.
For wine and Champagne, the current reference levels are:

90 litres per person per year (total wine)

including a maximum of 60 litres of sparkling wine
This corresponds approximately to:

120 bottles (75 cl) of still wine

80 bottles (75 cl) of sparkling wine / Champagne

These figures are not absolute legal limits, but administrative reference thresholds. Quantities above these levels may require justification that the purchase is strictly for personal or internal corporate consumption (and not for resale).

Orders are intended exclusively for private or internal business consumption
Each participant therefore remains individually responsible for ensuring that ordered volumes remain consistent with personal use regulations applicable within the European Union.
